With more than two decades of experience spanning healthcare, executive leadership, nonprofit governance, education, public policy, and business development, Dr. Onyeani brings a unique perspective that bridges personal well-being with professional excellence. His career includes serving as President Emeritus of the New Jersey State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Board Trustee for Saint James Health, and Director of Program & Public Policy for Leadership Newark, where he has helped cultivate hundreds of civic and community leaders.

At FIT4LEADERSHIP, Dr. Onyeani specializes in conducting Corporate Wellness Consultations that help organizations reduce burnout, improve employee engagement, strengthen leadership resilience, and foster high-performing workplace cultures.
